What are your hours of operation?
We welcome drop-offs and pick-ups:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What vaccinations are required?
To protect all of our guests, we require up-to-date Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella vaccinations. The Canine Influenza vaccine is strongly recommended.
Boarding & Daycare
What should I bring for my dog’s boarding stay?
We recommend bringing your dog’s regular food to keep their routine consistent and prevent digestive upset. You’re welcome to include a favorite toy or small blanket from home for added comfort. We provide premium bedding and bowls.
How do I know which suite is right for my dog?
We offer four suite sizes designed for comfort and security. Our team will help you select the best option based on your dog’s size, temperament, and activity level.
Are the play areas supervised?
Yes. All indoor and outdoor play sessions are carefully supervised by our certified animal care team to ensure a safe and structured environment.
Grooming & Training
Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability at your preferred time. We’re always happy to check for last-minute openings when possible.
Who will be training my dog?
Training is conducted under the supervision of our professional K9 trainer with over 35 years of experience, offering programs ranging from foundational obedience to advanced training.
Transportation
Do you offer pet transportation?
Yes. We provide scheduled door-to-door pickup and drop-off in a secure, climate-controlled vehicle for added convenience. Simply schedule your window when booking your services and our team will handle the rest.
